Weekends:  $420 per night for up to 6 people, Friday and Saturday.

Midweek:    $360 per night for up to 6 people, Sunday through Thursday.

Includes all linen and firewood. Optional Single Bed $45 per stay; please advise if required.

Terms and Conditions

• 2 night minimum stay, 3 night minimum stay on public holidays.
• Pets are not permitted.
• No smoking on the property.
• All sheds are private and out of bounds.
• A 50% deposit is required within 7 days to secure the booking, with the balance due 7 days prior to arrival.
• Check-in is 3pm on date of arrival.
• Check-out is 10am on date of departure.
• Bookings cancelled with at least 21 days notice of the arrival date will be refunded less a $30 cancellation fee.
• Booking cancelled with less than 21 days notice of the arrival date will forfeit the deposit unless the property can be re-let for that stay, in which case the deposit will be refunded less a $30 cancellation fee.
• Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the house is not left in a satisfactory condition.
• Guests are responsible for the loss of or damage to any fittings, fixtures or item in the house.
